The Xperia Z2 is the latest flagship smartphone from Japanese manufacturer Sony featuring Google’s latest Android 4.4 OS. In size, it measures 146.8 x 73.3 x 8.2mm and weighs 158g. The Xperia Z2 features a 5.2-inch dust and water resistant display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (424ppi pixel density). It is powered by 2.3GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 processor and 3GB RAM. For multimedia, the Xperia Z2 packs a 20.7 Mega Pixel rear camera capable of shooting 4K video and 2 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections.
The Xperia Z2 comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 3000mAh battery. There is no official information on pricing but Xperia Z2 will go on sale in the coming weeks (March 2014). Stay tuned for more updates.
