Samsung is rumored to be working on a new mid-range smartphone Galaxy A8+ (2018) featuring an infinity display and Google’s Android OS. It was extensively leaked in pictures and videos in the past week.

 

 

The new Galaxy A8+ (2018) will feature a 6-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display. It will be powered by Samsung’s own 2.2GHz octa core Exynos 7885 processor and 6GB RAM. For multimedia, the Galaxy A8+ (2018) will pack a 16MP f/1.7 camera on the back with Optical Image Stabilisation and dual (16MP+8MP) front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures.

 

The new Galaxy A8+ (2018) will come pre-installed with Google’s latest Android OS. For storage, it will come with 64GB built-in memory with sup[port for micro-SD card. In addition to that it will come with a powerful 3500mAh battery with fast charging technology. Huawei Nova 2S Official 

Huawei has officially announced a new mid-range smartphone Nova 2S featuring a 18:9 display and Google’s latest Android OS. It was previously leaked for the past few weeks. The new Nova 2S features a 6-inch Full View 18:9 display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Kirin 960 processor and 4GB/6GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Nova 2S packs a dual camera setup (16MP+20MP) on the back and dual cameras (20MP+2MP) on the front with LED flash.

The Nova 2S comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 8 Oreo OS. For storage, it comes with a 64GB/128GB built-in memory. The new Nova 2S also comes with Huawei’s new Face Unlock feature, similar to Apple’s FaceID. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 3340mAh battery. The new Nova 2S will be available to purchase in five different colour options: Black, Gray, Blue, Red and Rose gold. Xiaomi officially launches new Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus Smartphones

 

 

Xiaomi has officially announced two new budget friendly smartphones, Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus featuring an 18:9 FullView displays and Google’s Android OS.

 

 

 

 

The Redmi 5 features a 5.7-inch 18:9 display with HD+ resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm’s 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor and 2GB/3GB RAM. For multimedia, the Redmi 5 packs a 12MP camera on the back and a 5MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For storage, it comes with a 16GB/32GB built-in memory with support for micro-SD card. The Redmi 5 comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS. In addition to that it comes with a 3300mAh battery that is expected to last whole day on a single charge. It also has a fingerprint scanner on the back for extra layer of security.

 

 

 

The Redmi 5 Plus features a 5.99-inch 18:9 FullHD+ display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. In size, it measures 158.5 x 75.5 x 8.05 mm and weighs 180g. It is powered by Snapdragon 625 processor and 3GB/4GB RAM. For multimedia, the Redmi 5 Plus packs a 12MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For storage, it comes with a 32GB/64GB built-in memory and support for micro-SD card. The Redmi 5 Plus comes with a powerful 4000mAh battery which is expected to last whole day on a single charge.

In size, it will measure 142.7 x 69.6 x 8.1mm and weigh 152g. The Galaxy J5 Prime (2017) will feature a 5-inch IPS LCD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by Samsung’s own quad core Exynos 7570 processor and 3GB RAM.

The new flip smartphone is exclusive to Chinese market and will retail for CNY 15999 ($2400/€2000). The W2018 features a pair of 4.2-inch AMOLED display with Full HD resolution. HTC U Play 2

 

The HTC U Play 2 is rumored to be the next mid range smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer HTC featuring Google’s latest Android OS. It will be the successor to HTC U Play which was launched earlier this year. According to Geekbench Result, the new U Play 2 will come pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 8 Oreo OS. In addition to that it will be powered by octa core 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 processor and 4GB RAM.
