The Redmi S2 is the latest budget friendly smartphone from Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi featuring Google’s latest Android 8.1 OS. The design is similar to Redmi Note 5 which was launched earlier this year. The new Redmi S2 features a 5.99-inch with HD+ display resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm’s octa core Snapdragon 625 processor and 3GB/4GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Redmi S2 packs a Dual camera setup (12MP plus 5MP) on the back and a AI assisted 16MP front facing camera with LED flash.

 

The new Redmi S2 comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 8.1 Oreo OS and MIUI 9. For storage, it comes with a 32GB/64GB internal memory with support for micro-SD card. The new Redmi S2 will be available to purchase in three different color options: Rose gold, Champagne gold and Platinum Silver. Xiaomi has officially announced a new gaming smartphone Black Shark at a press event in China. It is the first smartphone from Xiaomi to feature liquid cooling system to prevent overheating. The Black Shark features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by 2.8GHz octa core Snapdragon 845 processor and 6GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Black Shark packs a dual camera setup (20MP + 12MP) on the back and a 20MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures.

 

 

 

The new Black Shark comes pre-installed with Google’s Android Oreo and Xiaomi custom MIUI. For storage, it comes with a 64GB and 128GB variants. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 4000mAh and support for Quick Charge 3.0. The new Black Shark will be available to purchase in two color variants: Polar Night and Sky Grey. Xiaomi has officially announced two new budget friendly smartphones, Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus featuring an 18:9 FullView displays and Google’s Android OS.

 

 

 

 

The Redmi 5 features a 5.7-inch 18:9 display with HD+ resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm’s 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor and 2GB/3GB RAM. For multimedia, the Redmi 5 packs a 12MP camera on the back and a 5MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For storage, it comes with a 16GB/32GB built-in memory with support for micro-SD card. The Redmi 5 comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS. In addition to that it comes with a 3300mAh battery that is expected to last whole day on a single charge. It also has a fingerprint scanner on the back for extra layer of security.

 

 

 

The Redmi 5 Plus features a 5.99-inch 18:9 FullHD+ display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. In size, it measures 158.5 x 75.5 x 8.05 mm and weighs 180g. The Redmi 5 is rumored to be the next budget friendly smartphone from Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi featuring Google’s Android OS. In size, it measures 151.8 x 72.8 x 7.7 mm and weighs 157g. The design will be similar to Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 5 which is expected to go on sale in the coming weeks. The Redmi 5 will feature a 5.7-inch HD+ display with resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. It will be powered by Snapdragon 625 processor and 4GB RAM.

 

The Redmi 5 will come with a 12MP camera on back and a 5MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For storage, it will come with a 64GB internal memory and support for micro-SD card. In addition to that it will come with a 3300mAh battery. It is mainly aimed at consumers looking for flagship performance at an affordable price. The Mi Note 3 features a 5.5-inch Full HD LCD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 processor and 6GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Mi Note 3 packs 12MP dual cameras on the back, one regular and other telephoto lens and a 16MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures.
