The Moto X Play is the latest high end smartphone from Lenovo owned Motorola featuring Google’s Android 5.1.1 OS. In size, it measures 148 x 75 x 10.9 and weighs 169g. The Moto X Play features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by 1.7GHz octa core Snapdragon 615 processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, the Moto X Play packs a 21 Mega Pixel rear camera with Dual color temperature flash and 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0 LE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections.
The Moto X Play comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS. For storage, it comes with 16GB built-in memory and micro-SD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 3630mAh battery that is expected to last 30 hours on single charge. The Moto X Play will go on sale in selected markets in August 2015 for £299.
