Motorola officially launches new Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus Smartphones


Motorola has officially announced two new mid-range smartphones in the form of Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus. Both were extensively leaked ahead of official launch.


The Moto G5S features a 5.2-inch Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 processor and 3GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Moto G5S packs a 16MP f/2.0 camera at back with phase detection auto focus and LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera with LED fl;ash for video calls and Selfie pictures. For storage, it comes with a 64GB built-in memory with support for micro-SD card. Additionally, it comes with a powerful 3000mAh battery that is expected to last whole day on single charge. The new Moto G5S will be available to purchase in two different colors: Lunar gray and fine gold. It will go on sale in selected markets in Europe for €249.


The Moto G5S Plus features a 5.5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 625 processor, Dual 13MP cameras at back capable of shooting 4K videos, 8MP Selfie camera, 3000mAh battery and Google’s latest Android 7.1 Nougat OS. It will go on sale in selected markets in Europe starting August 18th for €299.99. Stay tuned for more updates.
