Motorola officially announces new Moto G6, G6 Play and G6 Plus Smartphones

 

 

 

 

Motorola has officially announced three new smartphones, the Moto G6, Moto G6 Play and Moto G6 Plus (pictured above). All these smartphones comes with Google’s latest Android 8 Oreo OS and fingerprint scanner under the display.

 

The Moto G6 Plus features a 5.9-inch Full HD+ display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 630 processor and 4GB/6GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Moto G6 Plus packs a dual camera setup (12MP + 5MP) on the back capable of shooting 4K videos and an 8MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For storage, it comes with a 128GB built-in memory and support for micro-SD card. In addition to that it comes with a 3200mAh battery.

 

 

The Moto G6 features a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. In size, it measures 153.8 x 72.3 x 8.3 mm and weighs 167g. Other features include octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor, 3GB/4GB RAM, Dual camera setup on the back (12MP plus 5MP), 8MP front facing Selfie camera, 3000mAh battery and 64GB internal storage and support for micro-Sd card.

 

 

 

The Moto G6 Play features a 5.7-inch HD+ display with resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. In size, it measures 154.4 x 72.2 x 9 mm and weighs 175g. It is powered by quad core Snapdragon 427 processor and 2GB/3GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Moto G6 Play packs a 13MP rear camera with phase detection auto focus and an 8MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For storage, it comes with a 16GB built-in memory and support for micro-SD card. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 4000mAh battery.

 

The Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus and Moto G6 Play will go on sale in selected markets including Europe and Asia for €249, €299 and €199 respectively. Stay tuned for more updates.

Motorola Moto Z3 Play

 

 

The Moto Z3 Play will be the new mid-range smartphone featuring a borderless display and Google’s latest Android OS. It will be the successor to Moto Z2 Play which was launched back in June last year. Motorola Moto X5

 

The Moto X5 is rumored to be the next premium design smartphone from Lenovo owned Motorola featuring Google’s latest Android OS. It will be the successor to Moto X4 which was launched in September last year. According to the leaked press render, the new Moto X5 will feature a 5.9-inch 18:9 borderless display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The image also notes that new Moto X5 will comes with four smart cameras (Dual front and rear cameras).

Motorola is planning to launch three new Moto G6 smartphones in 2018. The design and press renders of all three smartphones were leaked ahead of launch. The new Moto G6 smartphones will come pre-installed with Google’s latest Android OS.

 

The Moto G6 (pictured above) will feature a 5.7-inch 18:9 FHD+ display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by Snapdragon 450 processor and 3GB/4GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Moto G6 will pack a dual camera setup (12MP + 5MP) on the back and a 16MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. It will also come with a powerful 3000mAh battery.

 

The Motorola G6 Plus will feature a 5.93-inch 18:9 FHD+ display with resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by Snapdragon 630 processor and 3GB/4GB RAM. The new Moto G6 Plus will pack a dual cameras setup on (12MP + 5MP)(1.4um) and 16MP selfie camera. For storage, it will come with 32GB/64GB built-in memory. In addition to that it will come with a 3200mAh battery.

 

 

The Moto G6 Play will feature 5.7-inch HD display and will be come with a massive 4000mAh battery. Rests of the specs are still unknown but Motorola is expected to launch Moto G6 smartphones at MWC 2018 in Barcelona next month. Stay tuned for more updates.

The Moto E5 is rumored to be the next budget friendly smartphone from Lenovo owned Motorola featuring Google’s Android OS. It will be the successor to Moto E4 which was launched in June last year. The new Moto E5 will feature 5-inch display similar to the predecessor.

Motorola has officially announced two new mid-range smartphones in the form of Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus. Both were extensively leaked ahead of official launch.

 

The Moto G5S features a 5.2-inch Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 processor and 3GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Moto G5S packs a 16MP f/2.0 camera at back with phase detection auto focus and LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera with LED fl;ash for video calls and Selfie pictures. For storage, it comes with a 64GB built-in memory with support for micro-SD card. Additionally, it comes with a powerful 3000mAh battery that is expected to last whole day on single charge. The new Moto G5S will be available to purchase in two different colors: Lunar gray and fine gold. It will go on sale in selected markets in Europe for €249.

 

The Moto G5S Plus features a 5.5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 625 processor, Dual 13MP cameras at back capable of shooting 4K videos, 8MP Selfie camera, 3000mAh battery and Google’s latest Android 7.1 Nougat OS. Motorola has officially announced a new Moto Z2 Force Edition in the US featuring a shatterproof display and dual cameras setup on the back. It has been extensively leaked for the past few weeks. In size, it measures 155.8 x 76 x 6.1 mm and weighs only 143g. The new Moto Z2 Force Edition features a 5.5-inch Quad HD AMOLED display that is guaranteed not to crack or shatter. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor and 4GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Moto Z2 Force Edition packs a 12MP Dual cameras at back, one monochrome and other color that enables users to take professional looking pictures. The rear cameras can also shoot like a pro by adding a blur effect to the background or foreground of the images. The new Moto Z2 Force Edition also comes with a 5MP wide angle front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures.
