LG has officially announced LG G6+, a new variant of flagship LG G6, featuring additional storage and memory. The design will be similar to current flagship LG G6 . LG G6+ features a 5.7-inch QHD display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 processor and 6GB RAM. For multimedia, the LG G6+ packs a 13MP rear camera and 5MP wide angle front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures.

 

The LG G6+ also comes with a new Face Print feature that enables users to unlock the LG G6+ by simply holding the phone up to their faces without the need to press any button. The unlocking takes less than a second and the camera is only activated when the phone is raised to the face.

 

The LG G6+ comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat OS and LG UX 6.0. For storage, it will come with 128GB of built-in memory with support for micro-SD card. In addition to that it comes with a 3300mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 charging technology. The new LG G6+ will also comes with premium earphones from B&O Play to take full advantage of the 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC in the smartphone. The new flagship will be available to purchase in three different colors: Optical Astro Black, Optical Marine Blue and Optical Terra Gold. Samsung Officially Announces New Galaxy J7 Pro and Galaxy J7 Max Smartphones

 

Samsung has officially announced two new mid-range smartphones mainly aimed at young Selfie generation, the Galaxy J7 Pro and Galaxy J7 Max. Both these smartphones are targeted towards young audience who wants to share pictures on social media effortlessly.

 

The Galaxy J7 Pro (pictured above) features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by 1.6GHz octa core Exynos 7870 processor and 3GB RAM. For multimedia, the new Galaxy J7 Pro packs a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 13MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. It also has a social camera feature which makes it easy to share pictures and videos to the social media. For storage, it comes with a 64GB built-in memory with support for micro-SD card. The Galaxy J7 Pro comes with a fingerprint scanner for extra security. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 3600mAh battery which is expected to last whole day on a single charge. The new Galaxy J7 Pro also supports Samsung Pay, similar to high end Galaxy A and Galaxy S Series smartphones.

 

On the other hand, the Galaxy J7 Max features a 5.7-inch 1080p display, octa core MediaTek Helio P20 (MT6757V) processor, 4GB RAM, 13MP front and rear cameras, 32GB internal storage plus support for micro-SD card, fingerprint scanner on the front and a powerful 3300mAh battery. Unlike Galaxy J7 Pro, the Galaxy J7 Max supports Samsung Pay Mini (lacks support for NFC payments).

 

Both these smartphones comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat OS. The Galaxy J7 Pro will go on sale in selected markets including India in the coming weeks for $325 whereas Galaxy J7 Max will be available to purchase for $290. Lenovo Moto G5 Plus Official 

The Moto G5 Plus is the latest mid range Smartphone from Lenovo owned Motorola featuring Google’s latest Android OS. In size, it measures 150.2 x 74 x 9.7mm and weighs 155g. The Moto G5 Plus features a 5.2-inch Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor and 3GB RAM. For multimedia, the Moto G5 Plus packs a 12MP f/1.7 with dual auto focus pixels and a 5MP front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. It also comes with a fingerprint scanner for extra security. 

The Moto G5 Plus comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 7 Nougat OS. For storage, it comes with a 32GB/64GB internal storage with support for micro-SD card. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 3000mAh battery with fast charging TurboPower technology. The Moto G5 Plus will be available to purchase in selected markets next month for €279. Huawei Officially Launches New Huawei P10 and P10 Plus Smartphones 

Huawei has officially announced two new smartphones at a press event in Mobile World Congress 2017: Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus. 

The Huawei P10 (pictured above) is the latest high end smartphone featuring Google’s latest Android OS. In size, it measures a 145.3 x 69.3 x 6.98mm and weighs 145g. The Huawei P10 features a 5.2-inch Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, Kirin 960 CPU, 4GB RAM, Leica Dual camera 2.0 (a 20MP monochrome and 12MP color sensors), 8MP Selfie camera, fingerprint scanner incorporated in the home button, USB Type-C port, 3200mAh battery with support for super charge, new Huawei EMUI 5.1 and Google’s latest Android 7 Nougat OS. It will be available to purchase in seven different colors: Rose gold, dazzling blue, mystic silver, prestige gold, graphite black, ceramic white, prestige gold. The Huawei P10 will go on sale in selected markets in the coming weeks for €649. 

The Huawei P10 Plus is the latest high end smartphone featuring a 5.5-inch QHD display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, Kirin 960 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM (depending on 64GB/128GB internal storage), Dual cameras (20MP monochrome plus 12MP camera sensors) at back, 8MP Selfie camera, powerful 3750mAh battery with support for Huawei’s Super Charge technology, fingerprint scanner on the front, Huawei EMUI 5.1 and Google’s latest Android 7 Nougat OS. It will be available to purchase in selected markets for €699 (64Gb variant) and €799 for a 128GB variant. Stay tuned for more updates. 

HTC 11

HTC 11 is rumored to be the next flagship smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer HTC featuring Google’s Android 7 OS. It will be the successor to current flagship HTC 10. The HTC 11 will feature a 5.5-inch borderless display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 processor and 8GB RAM. For multimedia, the HTC 11 will pack a 12MP Dual camera at back and an 8 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. 
The HTC 11 will come pre-installed with Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat OS. For storage, it will come with a 256GB built in memory. In addition to that it will come with a 3700mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 support. Rests of the specs are still unknown but HTC is expected to launch new flagship by the end of Q1 of 2017. Update : HTC 11 Specs Leaked on AnTuTu Benchmark Result

According to a new AnTuTu Benchmark Result, HTC’s next flagship smartphone, the HTC 11 will feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM, 2K display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, 16MP rear camera, 12MP Selfie camera, 64GB internal storage and Google’s latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. 

Huawei Mate 9 Pro 

The Mate 9 Pro is rumored to be the next flagship phablet from Chinese manufacturer Huawei featuring Google’s latest Android 7 OS. It is also known by its codename Long Island. Unlike Mate 9, the Mate 9 Pro will feature a 5.9-inch curved edge display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It will be powered by HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor and 4GB RAM. For multimedia, the Mate 9 Pro will pack dual setup camera at back capable of shooting 4K videos. 
The Mate 9 Pro will come pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 7 Nougat OS. For storage, it will come with 64GB/128GB built-in memory. The Google Pixel is rumored to be the next flagship smartphone from search giant Google featuring the latest Android 7.1 Nougat OS. It is also known by the codename Google Marlin and was previously leaked few weeks ago. In size, it will measure 143.8 x 69.5 x 8.6mm and weigh 143g. The Pixel will feature a 5-inch Full HD AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest 2.15-GHz quad core Snapdragon 821 processor and 4GB RAM. For multimedia, the Google Pixel will feature a 12 Mega Pixel rear camera and an 8 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. 

The new Google Pixel will come pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS. In addition to that it will come with a 2770mAh battery. Rests of the specs are still unknown but Google is expected to launch Google Pixel on October 4th. Stay tuned for more updates.
