HTC 8X is the latest smartphone from HTC featuring Microsoft’s latest Windows Phone 8 OS. HTC 8X was previously known by the codename HTC Accord. HTC 8X will pack a 4.3-inch Super LCD2 display with the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (342 ppi pixel density). HTC 8X will be powered by Qualcomm’s 1.5GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor and 1GB RAM. For multimedia, it will have a 8 Mega Pixel rear camera capable of 1080p video recording and 1.3 Mega pixel front facing camera for skype video calls. For connectivity, HTC 8X will support Bluetooth 2.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC technology, LTE (4G) connection and GPS services. HTC 8X will come pre installed with Microsoft’s latest Windows Phone 8 OS. For Storage, it will come with 8GB internal storage. HTC 8X is officially launched at a press event in New York on Sep 19. The 8X will come in four colours and will be available in early November. California Blue, Graphite Black, Flame Red and Limelight Yellow will all be available in November release. European operators will only stock blue, black and yellow versions.
