Nokia Lumia 920 is the latest flagship smartphone from Nokia running Microsoft’s latest Windows Phone 8. Nokia’s partnership with Microsoft has not started on a good note with Lumia 900 sales struggling with the announcement of Windows Phone 8 arrival. Nokia is hoping that Windows Phone 8 will reverse that trend and bring success with Lumia 920. Lumia 920 will feature a 4.5-inch HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s 1.5GHz dual core SnapDragon processor with the addition of 1GB RAM. Other main features included in this flagship handset are LTE (4G) connectivity, NFC technology, 8 Mega Pixel PureView camera and 32GB internal storage.

Lumia 920 will also be the first Nokia device to feature Wireless charging via a charging pad. A magnetic strip will be placed at the back of Lumia 920 to support wireless charging. It will support the Qi wireless power standard and is compatible with other wireless charging products. Nokia Lumia 920 will be launched in a press event on September 5 in New York. Lumia 920 will compete against the likes of Apple iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy Note II and HTC Zenith. Stay tuned for more updates or follow @harrym20 on Twitter.
