LG has officially announced LG V30 at IFA 2017. It was extensively leaked for the past few weeks. In size, it measures 151.7 x 75.4 x 7.3mm and weighs 158g. The LG V30 features a 6-inch FullVision OLED display with resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 processor and 4GB RAM. For multimedia, the new LG V30 packs a dual camera setup witha one 16MP main camera sensor with Optical image Stabilization and a wide f/1.6 aperture and other 13MP sensor with a 120 degree wide angle lens. It also comes with a 5MP wide angle front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth v5.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, NFC, USB Type-C and LTE mobile connections. It also comes 3.5mm headphone jack on top and a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC powered by B&O to improve sound quality.
The LG V30 comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 7.1 Nougat OS. For storage, it comes with 64GB or 128GB built-in memory and support micro-SD card. In addition to that it comes with a 3300mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology and wireless charging. The LG V30 will go on sale in selected markets including South Korea on September 21.
