Sony Xperia TX is the latest flagship smartphone running Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich. Sony is going to be busy at this year’s IFA with new launches schedule for a packed event in Berlin. Xperia TX will feature a 4.6-inch HD Reality display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Xperia TX will be powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor and will come with 1GB RAM. For multimedia, Xperia TX will feature 13 Mega Pixel camera with dual LED flash. This is by far the best camera on any Sony smartphone. Xperia TX will come pre-installed with Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich OS (Android 4.0). Other features included in Xperia TX are bluetooth 2.0, wifi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC technology, GPS services and HSPA+ mobile connections. There is no official announcement from Sony but Xperia TX is expected to be launched at this year’s IFA later this month. Xperia T, Xperia SL and Xperia J are the other smartphones from Sony that will be launched at this year’s IFA. Xperia TX will be available in europe by the end of September 2012. Update : Sony have officially launched Xperia T at IFA 2012 event in berlin. Xperia T will be knows as Xperia TX in some markets.
