The BlackBerry Krypton is rumored to be the codename for the next mid-range smartphone from BlackBerry featuring Google’s latest Android OS. It will be the successor to BlackBerry DTEK 50 and is also known by its model BBD100-X. The BlackBerry Krypton will feature a Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625/626 processor and 4GB RAM.
The BlackBerry Krypton will come pre-installed with Google’s latest Android OS. In addition to that it will come with a powerful 4000mAh battery. Rests of the specs are still unknown but BlackBerry is expected to launch next smartphone in the second half of 2017. Stay tuned for more updates.
