The Galaxy A9 is the latest high end phablet from Korean giant Samsung featuring Google’s Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS. It was previously leaked few weeks ago. The Galaxy A9 features a 6-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s octa core Snapdragon 652 processor and 3GB RAM. For multimedia, the Galaxy A9 packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilisation and an 8 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth v4.1, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, NFC technology, Dual SIM functionality and 4G LTE mobile connections. The Galaxy A9 also comes with a fingerprint sensor which is incorporated in the home button.
The Galaxy A9 comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. For storage, it comes with 32GB built in memory and micro-SD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 4000mAh battery with fast charging technology. The Galaxy A9 will go on sale in China in the coming weeks and will be available three different colors: white, gold and pink. Stay tuned for more updates.
