Moto G (3rd Gen) is the latest mid-range smartphone from Lenovo owned Motorola featuring Google’s latest Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. In size, it 142.1 x 72.4 x 11.6mm and weighs 155g. The Moto G (3rd Gen) features a 5-inch HD display (with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels) protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The latest mid-range smartphone also comes with IPx7 certification which makes the handset capable of surviving after submerged in up to 1m of water for up to 30 minutes. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 processor and 1GB or 2GB RAM (depending on the the storage). For multimedia, the Moto G (3rd Gen) packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera with Dual LED flash and 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, Dual-SIM functionality and LTE mobile connections.
The Moto G (3rd Gen) comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 5.1.1 OS. For storage it comes with 8GB or 16GB built-in memory and micro-SD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a 2470mAh battery. The Moto G (3rd Gen) will go on selected markets in the coming weeks. It will go on sale in selected markets for £159 (8GB variant).
