Sony has officially announced it’s new flagship smartphone, the Xperia Z4 in Japan. The design is similar to current flagship, the Xperia Z3. In size, it measures 6.9mm and weighs only 144g. The Xperia Z4 features a 5.2-inch Full HD LCD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s latest 2GHz octa core 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB RAM. For multimedia, the Xperia Z4 packs a 20.7 Mega Pixel rear camera and 5.1 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections.
The Xperia Z4 comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. For storage it comes with 32GB built-in memory and micro-SD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 2930mAh battery that is expected to last whole day on a single charge. The Xperia Z4 will go on sale in Japan in the coming months.
