The Liquid Jade Z is the latest mid-range smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer Acer featuring Google’s Android OS. In size, it measures 7.9mm in thickness and weighs only 110g. The Liquid Jade Z features a 5-inch HD IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (294ppi pixel density). It is powered by 64-bit quad core MediaTek MT6752M processor and 1GB RAM. For multimedia, the Liquid Jade Z packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera with f1.8 aperture and 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0 LE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, Dual SIM functionality and LTE Cat. 4 mobile connections.
The Liquid Jade Z comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. In addition to that it comes with productivity apps like AcerEXTEND using which you can control your Windows PC either wirelessly or via USB cable connection. AcerNAV, a free navigation software also comes pre-installed on the device. The Acer Liquid Jade Z will go on sale in Europe in the coming weeks for 199 Euros. Stay tuned for more updates.
