The Desire 626 is the latest mid-range smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer HTC featuring Google’s Android 4.4 KitKat OS. In size, it measures 146.9 x 70.9 x 8.2mm and weighs 140g. The Desire 626 features a 5-inch HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (294ppi pixel density). It is powered by Qualcomm’s quad core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor and 1GB RAM. For multimedia, the Desire 626 packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera with LED flash and 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A and LTE mobile connections.
The Desire 626 comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 4.4 KitKat OS. For storage, it comes with 16GB built-in memory and micro-SD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a 2000mAh battery that gives talk time of up to 20 hours on 3G connectivity. The Desire 626 will go on sale in selected markets for $190 in the coming weeks.
