The Vibe X2 is the latest premium smartphone from Chinese manufacturer Lenovo featuring the world’s first layered design. The tri-layered strips on the side is a unique design. In size, it measures 140.2 x 68.6 x 7.27mm and weighs 120g. The Vibe X2 features a 5-inch HD IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is also the first smartphone to be powered by MediaTek’s 2GHz octa core MT6595m True8core processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, the Vibe X2 packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera with LED flash and 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls and Selfie pictures. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, micro-USB 2.0, Dual SIM functionality and LTE mobile connections.
The Vibe X2 comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS and Vibe UI 2.0. For storage, it comes with 32GB built-in memory. In addition to that it comes with a 2300mAh battery. The Lenovo Vibe X2 will be available to purchase in four different colors : Dark Grey, Gold, Red and White. It will go on sale in selected regions in Europe and Asia for $399.
