The Desire 820 is rumored to be the next mid-range smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer HTC featuring Google’s Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It will also be the first Android smartphone to feature a 64-bit processor. The Desire 820 will be powered by octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor (four 1.8 GHz Cortex A53 cores and four 1GHz Cortex A53 cores).
The Desire 820 will come pre-installed with Google’s latest version of Android 4.4 KitKat OS. Rest of the specifications are unknown but HTC is expected to launch Desire 820 at IFA 2014 in Berlin next month. Stay tuned for more updates.

According to @upleaks, HTC Desire 820 will feature a 5.5-inch HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, 1.2GHz 64-bit MSM8916 processor, 1.5GB RAM, 13 Mega Pixels rear camera, 8 Mega Pixel front facing Selfie camera, 8GB Internal memory, 2600mAh battery and Google’s latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
