BlackBerry Z20 is rumored to be the next high end smartphone from Canadian manufacturer featuring the latest BlackBerry 10.3 OS. It will be the successor to BlackBerry’s first BlackBerry 10 flagship, the BlackBerry Z10 (pictured above). The BlackBerry Z20 is expected to go in sale in Canada by the end of 2014. According to a new N4BB report, BlackBerry Rio ‘Z20’ will feature a 5-inch HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, 1.5GHz Dual Core MSM8960 processor, 2GB RAM, 8 Mega Pixel rear camera, 2 Mega Pixel Selfie camera, 16GB built-in memory, micro-SD card slot, a powerful 2800mAh non removable battery, LTE mobile connectivity and BlackBerry’s latest BlackBerry 10.3.1 OS. The design will be similar to BlackBerry’s current mid-range smartphone, the BlackBerry Z3. BlackBerry is expected to launch this mid-range device in February 2015.
