The One E8 is the latest high-end smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer HTC featuring Google’s Android 4.4 OS. Unlike the flagship One M8, the One E8 features a plastic unibody casing. In size, it measures 146.42 x 70.67 x 9.85mm and weighs only 145g. The One E8 features a 5-inch Full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s 2.3GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, the One E8 packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera and 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, Dual SIM functionality, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections.
The HTC One E8 comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS and Sense 6 UI. For storage, it comes with a 16GB built-in memory and micro-SD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 2600mAh battery that gives talk time of up to 26 hours. The One E8 will go on sale in selected markets in the coming weeks.
