HTC is rumored to be following Samsung’s lead by launching a Premium variant of its current flagship smartphone One M8 (pictured above). The design will be similar to the One M8. The One M8 Prime will feature a 5.5-inch QHD display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s 2.3GHz Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB RAM. For multimedia, the One M8 Prime will pack an 18 Mega Pixel rear camera with depth sensor. Rest of the specifications are unknown but HTC is expected to launch One M8 Prime by the end of Q3 of 2014. Update : According to @evleaks, HTC One M8 Prime will be made out of an exotic material, a composite of aluminum and liquid silicone. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s 2.5GHz quad core Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB RAM. The HTC One M8 Prime will be first HTC smartphone to feature Sense 6.5 UI.
