Tag Heuer has officially announced its second generation Meridiist luxury phone featuring solar charging technology. The Meridiist Infinite uses Wysips Crystal Technology in which a transparent photovoltaic component is placed between the LCD screens. The thin layer of cells charge automatically when exposed to sun and then charge the battery
The Meridiist Infinite is thinner, lighter and more powerful with new features like an exclusive 24/7 worldwide personal concierge service, a dual SIM slots for maximum connectivity, a dual-time GMT function and 28 days standby time.
On to specs, the Meridiist Infinite packs a 2.4-inch OLED display with resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. It is made up of grade 5 Titanium and carbon to give that premium feel. For multimedia, it comes with a 5 Mega Pixel camera at back. In addition to that it comes with a 8GB built-in memory. There is no official information available on pricing and availability.
