The Nexus 6 is rumored to be the next flagship smartphone from Search giant Google featuring its next generation Android 4.5 OS. It will be the successor to the current flagship, Nexus 5 smartphone. According to a new report from Gizmodo, Google’s next flagship will be built by LG Electronics. It will be a mini version of LG’s next flagship smartphone, LG G3. There is no further information available on the handset but Google is expected to launch Nexus 6 during second half of 2014. Stay tuned for more updates.

Update : According to a new report, Google is rumored to launch a new Nexus smartphone for under $100. It will be powered by an unknown MediaTek processor. Google is teaming up with Taiwanese company MediaTek to make a cheap smartphone to compete against Chinese manufacturers like Xiaomi and ZTE.

Update : According to a new rumor, Google’s next flagship smartphone Nexus 6 will feature a fingerprint scanner and the design will be based on LG’s next flagship smartphone LG G3.

The Google Nexus 6 will feature a 5.2-inch QHD display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s 2.7GHz quad core Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB RAM.

The Nexus 6 will come pre-installed with Google’s next software update Android 4.5 or Android 5.0. For storage, it will come with 16GB or 32GB internal memory. Rest of the specifications are unknown but Google is expected to launch Nexus 6 by the end of October 2014.

Update : According to a new rumor, Google is working with Motorola on a possible 5.9-inch Nexus smartphone (codenamed Shamu). It is rumored to feature a fingerprint scanner and is expected to go on sale in November 2014.

According to AnTuTu Benchmark result, Google’s next flagship device, Nexus 6 a.k.a Nexus X (codenamed Motorola Shamu) will feature a 5.2-inch QHD display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, 2.7GHz quad core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB RAM, 13 Mega Pixels rear camera capable of shooting 4K videos and Google’s Android L OS.

According to a new listing at French retailer fnac.com, Google’s next flagship smartphone, Nexus 6 a.k.a Nexus X will feature a 5.2-inch display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 805 processor, 13 Mega Pixels rear camera, 32GB/64GB internal memory and Google’s Android L OS. The Nexus 6 is expected to go on sale in October for €419.99 (32GB variant).
