The Desire 816 is the latest mid-range phablet from Taiwanese manufacturer HTC featuring Google’s Android OS. In size, it measures 156.6 x 77.7 x 7.99m and weighs 165g. The Desire 816 features a 5.5-inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (265ppi pixel density). It is powered by 1.6GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor and 1.5GB RAM. For multimedia, the Desire 816 packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera capable of shooting HD videos and 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections.
The HTC Desire 816 comes pre-installed with Google’s Android OS and HTC’s Sense 5.5 UI. For storage, it comes with 8GB built-in memory and micro-SD card slot.
