LG has officially announced its latest mid-range smartphone G2 Mini ahead of Mobile World Congress. It was previously rumored few months ago. The LG G2 Mini features a 4.7-inch qHD display with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s quad core Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB RAM. For multimedia, G2 Mini packs an 8 Mega Pixel rear camera capable of shooting HD videos. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/GPS-A, Dual-SIM functionality and 3G or LTE mobile connections. The LG G2 Mini comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS. For storage, it comes with 8GB built-in memory and micro-SD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a removable 2440mAh battery. The LG G2 Mini will go on sale in Russia starting March 2014. It will be available to purchase in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America shortly after that. Stay tuned for more updates.
