LG G Pro 2 is the latest flagship phablet from Korean manufacturer LG featuring Google’s Android 4.4 KitKat OS. The design of G Pro 2 is similar to LG’s current flagship smartphone LG G2. In size, it measures 157.9 x 81.9 x 8.3mm and weighs only 172g. The LG G Pro 2 will feature a 5.9-inch IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by 2.3GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor and 32GB RAM. For multimedia, G Pro 2 packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera capable of shooting 4K videos and 2.1 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, NFC Technology, and LTE=A mobile connections. The LG G Pro 2 comes pre-installed with Android 4.4 KitKat OS and features like Knock Code. The Knock Code allows owners to power on and unlock their G Pro 2 in one easy step by tapping their screens using one of 86,367 “knock” combinations. For storage, the G Pro 2 comes with a 16GB or 32GB built-in memory and micro-SD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 3200mAh battery. The LG G Pro 2 will be available in three different colors – black, white and titanium. There is no official information available on pricing and availability but LG is expected to unveil LG G Pro 2 at Mobile World Congress later this month in Barcelona. Stay tuned for more updates.
