Xperia Z1S is rumored to be the next mid range smartphone from Japanese manufacturer Sony featuring Google’s Android 4.2 OS. In size, it will measure 127 x 64.9 x 9.4mm and weighs only 148g. The Xperia Z1S was previously rumored back in August 2013. It was also known by its codename Xperia Z1 Mini. The Xperia Z1S will feature a 4.3-inch IPS HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, Xperia Z1S will pack a 20.7 Mega Pixel rear camera with Sony G-Lens and 2 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it will support Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS-A, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections. The Xperia Z1S will come pre-installed with Android 4.2 OS.
