The Lumia 2520 is the first flagship tablet from Finnish manufacturer Nokia featuring Microsoft’s Windows RT operating system. It was first rumored back in December last year. In size, it measures 267 x 168 x 8.9mm and weighs 615g. The Lumia 2520 features a 10.1-inch scratch resistant display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (218ppi pixel density). It is powered by Qualcomm’s 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, Lumia 2520 packs a 6.7 Mega Pixel rear camera capable of shooting 1080p videos and 2 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, HDMI port, USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, NFC technology, GPS-A, GLONASS, DLNA and LTE mobile connections.
The Lumia 2520 comes pre-installed with Windows RT operating system. Additional software includes tablet version of Here Maps and Nokia Storyteller, Nokia Video Director, For storage, it comes with 32GB built in memory and microSD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a 8000mAh battery which last up to 8 to 10 hours on LTE connection.
The Lumia 2520 comes with an optional Power keyboard accessory. It folds around the display for protection and has an integrated 15Whr battery which extends the battery life by 5 hours. The Lumia 2520 can be paired with other Windows smartphones using NFC technology. It will be available in multi-color options which include glossy red, glossy white, matte cyan and matte black.
