Galaxy Round is rumored to be the world’s first flexible display smartphone manufactured by korean giant Samsung featuring Google’s Jelly Bean OS. It will feature a bendable display and the panel is much more durable. The Galaxy Round will pack a 5.7-inch full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by 2.3GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, Galaxy Round will pack a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera with OIS and front facing HD camera for video calls. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, GPS-A, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections. The Samsung Galaxy Round is expected to be launched on October 10th 2013. Update : Samsung officially announced world’s first curved display smartphone Galaxy Round on October 9th. It features a 5.7-inch Super Flexible AMOLED display, 2.3GHz quad core processor, 3GB RAM, 13 MP camera, 2800mAh battery and Android 4.3 OS.
