New PadFone Infinity is the latest flagship smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer ASUS featuring Google’s Android 4.2 OS. It is the successor to original PadFone Infinity that was launched back in February this year. In size, it measures 143.5 x 72.8 x 8.9mm and weighs only 141g. The new PadFone Infinity features a 5-inch Super IPS display with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by 2.2GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, PadFone Infinity packs a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera capable of shooting 1080p videos and 2 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections. The PadFone Infinity comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 4.2 OS and custom UI. For storage, it comes with 16GB or 32GB built in memory and microSD card slot. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 2400mAh battery. The new ASUS PadFone Infinity comes in two color options : Titanium Black and Platinum White. It will go on sale in Taiwan for 18,990 NT$ or £400 (16GB version).
