New PlayStation Vita is the latest portable gaming console from Japanese giant Sony. In size, it measures 15mm in thickness and weighs only 219g. It is 20 percent thinner and 15 percent lighter than the predecessor. The new PS Vita features a 5-inch LCD display instead of OLED display. For storage, it comes with 1GB built-in memory and memory card slot supporting up to 64GB cards. In addition to that, the new PS Vita comes with an improved battery that lasts up to six hours on a single charge.
The new PlayStation Vita will come in six different colors – black, white, blue, yellow, pink and olive green. It will go on sale in Japan on October 10th. There is no official confirmation on pricing and international availability. Stay tuned for more updates or follow @harrym20 on Twitter.
