Xperia Z1 is the latest flagship smartphone from Japanese manufacturer Sony featuring Google’s latest Android 4.3 OS. It was previously known by its codename Honami. In size, it measures 144 x 74 x 8.4mm and weighs 170g. The Xperia Z1 features a 5-inch dust and water resistant Triluminous display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (441ppi pixel density). It is powered by 2.2GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, Xperia Z1 packs a 20.7 Mega Pixel rear ExmorRS camera with Sony G lens and 2 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. In addition to that it comes with an innovative new Social Camera Suite that deliver unique experiences including Info-Eye, AR effects, Timeshift burst which takes 61 images in 2 seconds before and after you press the shutter and live social broadcasting. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS-A, MHL/HDMI output, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections. The Xperia Z1 comes pre-installed with Android 4.3 OS. In addition to that it packs a powerful 3000mAh battery that has a standby time of up to 850 hours. Additionally, the Xperia Z1 can use Sony QX Lens Cameras to give Xperia Z1 some serious optical zoom. The Sony Xperia Z1 will compete against other flagship smartphones like Apple iPhone 5S, HTC One, Nokia Lumia 1020, BlackBerry Z30 and Samsung Galaxy S4 .
