Liquid S2 will be the second generation phablet device from Taiwanese manufacturer Acer featuring Google’s Jelly Bean OS. It will be the successor to Acer Liquid S1 (pictured above). The Liquid S2 will feature a 6-inch Full HD IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB RAM. For multimedia, Liquid S2 will come with a 13 Mega Pixel rear camera and 2 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it will support Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS-A and NFC technology. The Acer Liquid S2 will come pre-installed with Android 4.2 OS. Update : Acer officially announced World’s first 4K recording smartphone on September 2nd. The Liquid S2 features a 6-inch 1080p display, 2.2GHz quad core processor, 2GB RAM, 13MP camera capable of 4K recording & Android 4.2 OS.
