Hyetis Crossbow will be the world’s first Smartwatch to feature 41 Mega Pixel camera. It will also be the first true smartwatch from swiss manufacturer Hyetis. The smartwatch trend is gaining momentum since the launch of Pebble earlier this year. The Crossbow smartwatch features a 41 Mega Pixel camera with Carl Zeiss Optics and connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth, Wifi 802.11 and NFC technology. It will support all leading mobile platforms like iOS, Android and Windows Phone 8. In addition to that Crossbow smartwatch comes with an Altimeter, microphone, thermometer and biometric sensors to record all physical activities. There is no further information available on the smartwatch but it is expected to cost $1200 with first batch being limited to 500. The Hyetis Crossbow will comepete against other smartwatches like Pebble e-paper watch, New I’m Watch, Martian Passport Smartwatch, Toshiba Smartwatch, Samsung Galaxy Gear and rumored Apple iWatch.
