Optimus L1 II is the latest entry level smartphone from Korean manufacturer LG featuring Google’s Jelly Bean OS. It is mainly aimed at budget conscious consumers in emerging markets like Asia and Latin America. The Optimus L1 II features a 3-inch display with resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (133ppi pixel density). It is powered by 1GHz Snapdragon MSM7225A processor and 512MB RAM. For multimedia, Optimus L1 II packs a 2 Mega pixel rear camera to record pictures and videos. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11 b/g/n, microUSB 2.0, GPS-A and 3G mobile connections. For storage, Optimus L1 II comes with a 4GB built-in memory and microSD card slot. In addition to that it comes pre-installed with Google’s Android 4.1.2 OS. The Optimus L1 II will go on sale in emerging markets like Russia and Vietnam for $95. It will be available to purchase in these markets by the end of Q3 2013.
