HTC One Mini is the latest mid-range smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer HTC featuring Google’s Android 4.2 OS. It was previously rumored few months ago. In size, it measures 132 x 63.2 x 9.25mm and weighs only 122g. Unlike the flagship HTC One, One Mini features a 4.3-inch HD display with the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (341ppi pixel density). It is powered by Qualcomm’s 1.4GHz dual core Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB RAM. For multimedia, HTC One Mini packs a 4MP Ultra pixel camera at back capable of shooting 1080p video and a 1.6 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, the HTC One Mini supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, micro-USB 2.0, GPS and LTE mobile connections. For storage, it comes with 16GB of built-in memory. In addition to that it comes with a powerful 1800mAh non removable battery. It comes pre-installed with Google’s latest Android 4.2 OS and Sense 5 UI. The HTC One Mini will go on sale in selected markets in september. The global availability is schedule for September 2013. Update : HTC officially announced a new color option for its One Series smartphones. The vivid blue One Mini will be available to purchase in selected markets from Q4 of 2013.
Update : According to Reuters, HTC is facing One Mini shortage due to casing shortage arising from design difficulties.
