Droid Ultra is rumored to be the next mid range smartphone from Motorola featuring Google’s latest Jelly Bean OS. It is also know by its codename XT1080. Droid Ultra will feature a 4.3-inch HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It will be powered by dual core processor and 1GB RAM. The Droid Ultra will come pre-installed with Google’s latest Jelly Bean OS. For connectivity, it will support Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS-A, NFC technology and LTE mobile connections. There is no further information available on the handset but Motorola is expected to launch Droid Ultra during Q3 of 2013. Stay tuned for more updates or follow @harrym20 on Twitter.
Update : New reports suggest that Motorola’s next high end smartphone will feature 5-inch full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB RAM.
Update : Motorola officially announce Droid Ultra at a press event on July 23rd. The Droid Ultra ships August 20th for $199, and pre-orders page is now live.
