Lumia 1020 is rumored to be the official name for Nokia’s next flagship smartphone featuring Microsoft’s latest Windows Phone 8 OS. It was previously known by its codename Nokia EOS. The Lumia 1020 will be the first Lumia smartphone to feature PureView camera and is the successor to current flagship Lumia 920. It will come with an aluminum body and square edges. The Lumia 1020 will feature a 4.5-inch HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It will come pre-installed with latest Windows Phone 8 OS. For multimedia, Lumia 1020 will pack a 41 Mega Pixel Pureview camera (Carl Zeiss lens) at back capable of shooting full HD videos. There is no further information available on the handset but it is expected to go on sale during Q3 of 2013.
