Ascend W2 is rumored to be the next flagship smartphone from chinese manufacturer Huawei featuring Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 OS. It was previously rumored few months ago. In size, it will only measure 7.7mm in thickness. The Ascend W2 will feature a 4.5-inch HD display with the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It will come with 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. In addition to that Ascend W2 is expected to come with 2800mAh. There is no further information available on handset but rumors are that it will be launched during Q3 of this year. The Ascend W2 is the second smartphone from Huawei to feature latest Windows Phone 8 OS. Huawei Ascend W1 was launched at CES 2013 this year. Update : Huawei Ascend W2 will feature a 4.3-inch WVGA display, dual core 1.4GHz processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB built-in memory and Windows Phone 8 OS. It will get an official release at the 2013 Mobile Asia Expo this week.
