Lumia 925 is the next high end Lumia smartphone from Finnish manufacturer Nokia featuring Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 OS. It features a new design and packs an aluminum chassis to reduce size and weight. In size, Lumia 925 is 8.4mm in thickness and weighs only 139g. The Lumia 925 features a 4.5-inch AMOLED display with the resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels. It is powered by 1.5GHz dual core processor and 1GB RAM. For multimedia, Lumia 925 packs an 8.7 Mega Pixel PureView camera at back and 1.2 Mega Pixel camera at front for video calls. The Lumia 925 come with a new Smart camera feature that takes multi frame shots and combines them with a great image editor to give stunning pictures. For storage, Lumia 925 comes with a built-in memory of 16GB. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS technology and LTE mobile connections. The wireless charging isn’t built directly into Lumia 925 but will be available by using multi-colored wireless charging cases. The Lumia 925 will only come in three different colors – Black, White and Grey. It will retail at £400 (excluding VAT) and will be available to purchase from June 13th. Update : Nokia confirmed that Amber update will get an official release in August 2013. It is the Windows Phone GDR2 update that was scheduled to release this summer.
