The Galaxy Core is latest mid-range smartphone from korean giant Samsung featuring Google’s Jelly Bean OS. It is mainly aimed at budget friendly smartphone buyers. The Galaxy Core features a 4.3-inch WVGA display with the resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. It will be powered by 1.2GHz dual core processor and 1GB RAM. For multimedia, Galaxy Core packs a 5 Mega Pixel camera and a VGA front facing camera for video calls. For connectivity, it will support Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS technology and 3G mobile connections. The Galaxy Core will come pre-installed with Google’s Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) OS running the TouchWiz Nature UX. It will also come with Samsung’s latest smart features like Smart Stay, S Voice and Smart alerts. For storage, it will come with 8GB built-in memory. In addition to that Galaxy Core will pack a powerful 1800mAh battery. There is no information available on the pricing but Galaxy Core (dual SIM version) is expected to be available during May 2013.
