A new technology is on the horizon. Transparent smartphone will be a reality by the end of this year. According to Polytron technologies, the design and development of transparent phone is in progress. The taiwanese company is expected to launch its first transparent smartphone during Q4 of 2013. It will feature a conductive OLED display which uses liquid crystal molecules to display images. The transparent smartphone will have a dual sided multi touch display at front and back. The company’s prototype still has some parts that are not transparent (SIM card, Memory card and battery). All these parts will be well hidden when the model goes into production. There is no further information available on the handset but it is expected to go on sale during Q4 of 2013. Stay tuned for more updates or follow @harrym20 on Twitter.
