Galaxy S IV Mini will be the next mid-range smartphone from korean giant Samsung featuring Google’s latest Android 4.2. The company is following the same strategy as it did with latest flagship Galaxy S III. A mini version (Galaxy S III Mini) was launched in october last year to compete against other mid range smartphones. The Galaxy S IV Mini is rumored to feature a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display with resolution of 960×540 pixels (256ppi pixel density). It will be powered by 1.6GHz dual core processor and 1GB RAM. Galaxy S IV Mini will pack an 8 Mega Pixel rear camera capable of shooting 720p videos. There is no further information available on the handset but it is expected to launch alongside the next flagship Galaxy S IV. Stay tuned for more updates or follow @harrym20 on Twitter.
Update : The Galaxy S IV Mini launch is delayed till late summer. It is expected to be announced by the end of 2013 (July 2013).
