Galaxy S III Mini is the latest mid range smartphone from korean manufacturer Samsung. It is a mini version of Samsung’s latest flagship Galaxy S III (pictured above). Galaxy S III Mini is aimed at people who are not a big fan of large displays. In size, it measures 121.55x63x9.85mm and weighs only 111.5g. Galaxy S III Mini will feature a 4-inch Super AMOLED display with the resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Galaxy S III Mini will be powered by 1GHz dual core processor and 1GB RAM. For multimedia, it will feature a 5 Mega Pixel rear camera and a 1.3 Mega Pixel front facing camera. Galaxy SIII Mini will come pre-installed with Google’s latest Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) OS. Other features included in this mid range smartphone are Bluetooth v4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC technology, microSD card slot in addition to 16GB internal storage and 1500 mAh battery. Galaxy S III Mini will be launched on October 11 and will be available during Q4 of 2012. Update : Samsung officially announced Galaxy S III Mini in a press event in Germany on October 11. It is also available for pre-order in UK from Clove Technology for £298.
