Xperia J is the latest budget friendly smartphone from the japanese manufacturer Sony. It will be aimed at first time smartphone buyers. Xperia J will feature a 4-inch Display with the resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. It will be powered by 1GHz single core Qualcomm processor with the addition of 512 MB RAM. Xperia J will come pre-installed with Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) OS. Other features include are a 5 Mega Pixel camera with single LED Flash, Bluetooth 2.1, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n & GPS location services. There is no official statement made by Sony but Xperia J is rumored to be launched at IFA this year and will hit the market by the end of September.
